At Bahía Índigo, we work to make your shopping experience easy, safe, and satisfactory. Below we explain everything related to shipping, changes, and returns.
We ship all over Spain and to several countries in Europe via Correos, with tracking number included so you can know the status of your order at all times.
Orders within Spain are usually delivered in an estimated 3 to 5 working days.
For shipments to the rest of Europe, the approximate time is 5 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at the checkout.
If your order exceeds 100 €, the shipment is free.
Once your order leaves the workshop, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track its journey to your door.
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days following receipt of the order. The garments must be unused, unwashed, and retain their original tag.
To request an exchange or return, write to us at esbahiaindigo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. We will help you manage it quickly.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product has a defect or error on our part, in which case we will cover the costs.
If you make a size exchange within Spain, you will cover the shipping of the original product, and we will send the new garment at no additional cost.
